Monparis is based in Paris and our numerous relationships with the real estate actors give us a real advantage to find the property that fits your needs. Together, we will set up the requirements of your ideal property: location, size, price, floor level, and other needs (ancient or new, elevator, balcony,...).

To find your property, after a down payment of 2.000 euros, we select the relevant ads (internet, newspapers and magazines), we will be in constant contact with real estate Agencies and eventually with the owners. We will visit properties, and then propose to you those who match your criteria with professional transparency .

This payment will be deducted of the success fee of 3% of the flat price to be paid at the moment of the sales agreement at the "Notaire" (Lawyer). This usually happens three months after the preliminary sales agreement "Promesse de vente". When we find your flat trough an Agent, we usually write off our fee from the Agent's commission

We can introduce you to professionals who will help you when needed to the renovation of your property, and advise in furnishing and decoration.

And most important, we can help you to manage your flat and search for a financial return through short term rentals to selected potential guests.
